The Sunbelt program is unique! We take no percentage of your commission. Our low initial fees and our nominal semi-annual fees give you value of your investment. With most franchises, the more you earn, the more you send to the franchisor. With a Sunbelt franchise, the more you earn, the more you keep! Also, as opposed to some other franchises, you will 100% of your Sunbelt franchise (but our hands-on assistance will make you think of us as your partner!).
