Sun Legal is on the lookout for a driven, dedicated, and client-focused Lawyer to join our team in the heart of Bangkok. This is a full-time opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of corporate and business law matters — advising clients on business law-related matters, including but not limited to company establishment, legal structuring, and M&A, through to regulatory compliance and beyond — with a firm that has been at the forefront of Thailand's legal landscape for over two decades.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on corporate matters and prepare licence and permit applications for day-to-day business transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreements for movable and/or immovable assets, lease agreements, service agreements, wills, prenuptial agreements, and related instruments.
Deliver legal opinions on compliance matters, including corporate law, labour law, tax law, and other business-related regulations.
Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and relevant parties as required.
Prepare and manage board documents, meeting agendas, and minutes of shareholders' and board meetings.
Monitor legal developments and summarise business impacts for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law from an accredited university.
2–3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably gained within a law firm.
Professional proficiency in legal drafting in both English and Thai.
Effective negotiation skills with the ability to communicate confidently with executives and international counterparts.
Sound business-oriented legal analysis and advisory capabilities.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, commercially driven environment with exposure to cross-border and multi-sector matters.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
